The easiest ways to get to Oxford, is either by driving off of I-70 west of Dayton, via the Eaton exit heading southbound on US-127, and then heading westbound on SR-73 or via I-275 (Cincinnati outbelt) using the Colerain exit and heading westbound on US-27.

The only local bus service is Miami Metro, which is actually a campus bus system operated by Miami University, which only runs about an extra mile off campus or past Uptown.

 

Walking

 

Oxford is a relatively small town, and therefore, it can be easily traversed by foot. From the eastern edge of the Miami University campus to the western edge of Uptown Oxford, one could walk the distance in less than 30 minutes.

Take exit 84 to merge onto I-71 N/I-75 N, toward Cincinnati and continue to follow I-75 N. Enter Ohio and take exit 4 to merge onto I-74 W/US-27 N/US-52 W, toward Indianapolis. Take exit 18 to merge onto US-27 N/Beekman Street, toward Colerain Avenue, and turn left at US-27 N/Colerain Avenue. Continue to follow US-27 N and turn left at US-27 N/Millville Oxford Road.
