Museum of South Texas History, featuring fascinating exhibits that reveal the rich heritage and blended culture found in the Rio Grande Valley, between South Texas and Northeastern Mexico.

Among the museum's signature exhibitions there is the Grand Lobby, which contains several notable features representing the legacy of the region, the Rio Grande Legacy, containing unique artifacts and state-of-the art multimedia displays, and River Crossroads, the final section of Rio Grande Legacy, featuring a replica train station and other displays which illustrate the arrival of railroads and irrigated agriculture, town-building, wars of the twentieth century, and the booming post-war years.
