- Memphis Rock N Soul Museum, which holds the complete Memphis music story. The museum and gift shop are open daily, between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. The admission fee is $10 for adults and $7 for youth, with the age between 5 and 17.

- Memphis Zoo, home to numerous animals, gathered from all over the world and housed in their natural habitat, offering visitors a unique experince, giving them the chance to interact with nature, and get a closer look at their favorite animals. The zoo contains several attractions, for visitors of all ages, the exhibits including: the Aquarium, Herpetarium, Farm, Komodo Dragons, Penguin Rock, Round Barn, Swans and the Tropical Bird House.

 

Annual Events

The MidSouth Fair, which has been a local tradition, since 1856, is one of Memphis' most exepected annual events. Every year, from late September through early October, Memphis turns into a real entertainment source, offering everything from carnival rides, to exciting live shows, delicious food and fun activities for the whole family.
