The not-for-profit museum displays records, artifacts, photographs, film and other items of interest associated with the historic life and baseball career of Shoeless Joe Jackson.

Annual Events

Downtown Alive may be the most expected annual event in Greenville.

From March through September, downtown Greenville comes alive, offering enthusiasts an outdoor street party featuring live musical entertainment with varied sounds including rock, blues, funk and cover bands.

Considered being one of the most popular annual events in the area, Downtown Alive attracts, annually, not less than 45 000 visitors, the celebration serving as the single largest fundraiser for the Metropolitan Arts Council, a supporter of arts-related programs in Greenville and the Upstate.
