Borgess Run For The Health Of It Half Marathon & 5K

 

This popular annual Kalamazoo sporting event happens in April, and every year, takes hundreds of runners on a winding, out-and-back route through the city streets of Kalamazoo, through the campus of Borgess Medical Center and around the shores of Spring Valley Lake, revealing some of the most beautiful areas in the city, giving participants the chance to also do some sightseeing, along the way.

 

In addition to the half marathon, the event also contains a 5k run and a 5k walk/run, offered in order to give enthusiasts of all abilities and skills the chance to participate. If you missed this year run, be sure to mark the event on your next year `to do` list!
